How Do I Start the Enquiry PROCESS?   

Please Submit a Drawing with full dimensions on via the enquiry page or Email: sales@thefoamguys.co.uk

Preferred formats for drawing are Dxf, Cad, Stp, Pdf, Jpg, or even a rough sketch

Please advise if you have any specific requirements, Any specific density of foam required, Weight of items going in the foam, Foam colour required, Lead Time required, Do you require any case or packaging to compliment your foam insert.

Our Sales Team will then get back to you with your quote within 24hours 

 

What Happens NEXT?

If you wish to go ahead you would place your order and make your payment. 

You would then get a drawing to approve for you to confirm everything is correct before we start the cutting process and once approved, your foam would then be put into the production process to be cut and sent out. 

 

HOW MUCH WOULD MY FOAM COST? 

Unfortunately we cannot give any rough costs for your foam before seeing a Drawing, Rough Sketch, or photo with dimensions on. This is because we may over estimate on costs or even under estimate.

You would always have a 1 off programming/design fee this can be anything from £75 dependant on your drawing and then the foam would be extra.

IS THE FOAM CHEAPER IF I ORDER MORE THAN 1?

The foam would be cheaper if you order more than 1 insert, This is because we can get more yield out of a foam sheet, It is less time consuming, and you would only have to pay 1 programming fee.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?

Our standard lead times are 10-15 working days from order placed and drawing being approved. This may vary with production but you will be advised our current lead times with your quote. 

We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service so if there are ever times that we can improve on this then we will do so. Obviously if its a large order then it might take slightly longer but we will always keep you informed at quotation stages. 

You will be quoted a lead-time when you enquire by our sales team.

We offer the UK's largest selection of Waterproof Cases, Aluminium Cases , Plastic Cases, Presentation Cases, Flight Cases, Poly Cases and Rotomoulded cases.

WHAT COLOUR CASES DO YOU OFFER?

Most Manufacturers will offer Black, Olive Green, Yellow and Orange which is standard however if you require Tan, Pink, Graphite, Blue, Red, Lime Green, Metal Silver and many more then please let us know upon enquiry if a preference is required.
 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY OR VALUE?

We are one of the only companies that do not have a minimum order quantity and no minimum order value.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR CARRIAGE CHARGES?

All orders placed will include shipping, however you will be notified when we quote at your enquiry-order stage. 

We deliver using most major couriers, but if it’s cheaper to ship on Pallets and you can accept them we will use this method for deliveries. Please contact our sales department on 01902 764000 or email us to find out more.

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, all customers are welcome to collect their orders from us.

DO YOU KEEP FINISHED PARTS IN STOCK?

As every requirement is different, we do not keep many finished parts in stock. 

However please call us on 01902 764000 or fill in the enquiry form as some of the Broadcast, Drones and Camera Equipment might have been already drawn up and may be available with a shorter lead-time or even in stock.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FOAM IS WRONG ON ARRIVAL?

This should not happen because your foam would have been cut from your Drawing / Dimensions given, or If we would have designed your foam then you would always get a drawing for approval before the foam is cut. 

However if you receive your foam and it does not fit and you need amendments making. Please call us to discuss what the problem is and we can advise how this can be rectified. 

If the foam needs to be remade then you would have to pay for another foam cost, We can normally do an amended program fee for minor changes so you shouldn’t have to pay the full design fee that what was originally paid.
