About Our Poly Cases
We are one of the largest distributors of Poly Cases, also known as Polyethylene Cases.
Our Poly Cases are made in the UK and are the made to the highest standard .
Poly Cases also known as polypropylene cases or the older style fibreboard cases. Poly Cases are fabricated from high density polypropylene which is 1.4mm to 1.8mm thick. Poly boards do not have stress-cracking problems and offers excellent electrical and chemical resistance. Polypropylene is ideal for case production and production cases that are relatively lightweight yet durable, water-resistant and easily wipe clean.
Don’t be put off by thinking we don’t want single orders as you would be surprised by how many customers just need a single poly case.
There is a standard array of colours:
- Black
- Red
- Royal Blue
- Grey
- Green
- Navy Blue
Poly Cases are produced by cutting, folding and overlapping seams which are then riveted and reinforced with an 8mm welded steel frame for extra rigidity. Poly Cases are also reinforced with either a steel or plastic three way corner. A wide selection of handles, locks and hinges are available to suit various applications.
Internally our Poly Cases can be customised with a choice of foam inserts to either protect or display your equipment whilst in transit or storage.
Poly Cases can be silk screen printed with your company logo or product codes.
Polypropylene cases are extremely versatile allowing cases to be produced in many shapes such as square, curved, oval and round shapes.These Poly Cases are used by many commercial and industrial companies.
